What: This class is designed to help you connect deeply with your innermost self.  We will begin class with gentle slow flow yoga asana practice, so we will be able to rest well during our Yoga Nidra practice.  Then we will come to the floor, in a well-supported savasana or restorative pose of your chocie for 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra means ‘yogic sleep’. It is deep full-body meditative practice to help you reach a deep level of rest and healing. You will come to lie in your favorite restorative or savasana pose. Then you will be gently led on a meditation journey of release

Who can come: All levels, must be able to come to the floor un assisted.

What to bring:
Yoga mat
