Kriya, Meditative chanting, Pranayama, Meditation & Asana practice

What & Why:
Salutations to the Divine Father - Shiva

This session will include guided practice including meaning through morning rituals meant to awaken the body and its senses, focus on breathwork, connect the body and soul to help set intention for the day:
- Early morning Strotram recital
- Vedic mantra chanting (call & response format). Emphasis on breathwork during chanting connecting & tuning several parts of the body and resulting vibrations
- Surya Namaskar & Pranayama to fully awaken the body + Asana (Traditional Hatha)

Accompany - Shruti box, Veena

Who: All levels are welcome here.

It is recommended to have an empty stomach before Pranayama and Asana practice.

Props: Bring your yoga mats and any other props that is part of your practice
