Healing Drum Circle
DRUM CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
We invite you to gather with us in circle for a meditative and healing journey through sound.  We'll be setting intentions, drumming and fully expressing ourselves in unity with a fun and joyful drum circle using a variety of instruments.  You do not need to play an instrument to join or have any experience. You are welcome to sit in circle, taking in the meditative rhythms of the music.

This ancient experience has been used for thousands of years to heal the body, mind and spirit.  Studies have shown that participating in a drum circle helps reduce stress, anxiety, accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, produces feelings of well-being, releases emotional trauma and may leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your drum, flute, rattle, shaker or personal instrument you feel called to play. We will provide a variety of instruments all are welcome to play such as drums, rattles and shakers if you don't have your own

The circle will be led by Perry Rushton and Shawna Fisher, Father and Daughter - Creators of The Great Spirit Healing Drum Circle in Orting, WA
