Sending Healing Thoughts Meditation + Sound Bath
In March the Full Moon will be on 20th.  The energy of the Full Moon could be felt approximately three days before and three days after the Full Moon.  This is a time when energy is amplified and a beautiful time to set intentions, send and receive healing.  

We will be practicing Kundalini Yoga Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan called "Sending Healing Thoughts Meditation"

Followed by Extended Savasana + Sound Bath

Hyphen-Select (Dru Ali) will be co-teaching with Arvindjeet Kaur (Evelyn) and sharing healing sounds to hold the rhythm of the meditation.

Sacred Healing Tools such as Planetary Tuned Gongs, Shamanic Drumming, Full Moon Singing Bowls, Chimes and our voices will be used to clear and heal for the highest good.

Marie Johnson intuitively shares the healing vibration of sound bath harmonies creating space for deep rest, chakra balancing and energetic massage to the body, mind and soul.  Participants are invited to let go and be bathed in the flowing vibrations, float in the healing waves, washing away what no longer serves and inviting the experience they most need to feel.  

A yoga mat & blanket or covering are suggested.
